How do Auctions Work

"The professional attitude of you and your staff made the whole process simple and worthwhile"
Brett Martin Plastics

The first step in the process is establishing what you have for auction. From this information and our free asset appraisal, we estimate what price the items should achieve at auction. We conduct the necessary research to ensure that the figures we provide are right.

We then proceed with a detailed promotional plan offering our experienced advise on how to promote the auction and who the auction should be promoted to. On appointment, we attend the site, merchandise the items for auction and prepare an auction catalogue ready for the inspection.

The items are then open for inspection by intending purchasers. Inspection may be scheduled for the day prior to the auction, or for 4 hours prior to the auction. Our team of experienced auction administrators register all buyers and administer all accounting aspects of the auction.

Once sold, goods are then delivered to the buyer in a very secure manner. Deliveries can occur over a one day, two day or even three day period.
